We started this topic by exploring digital devices that can capture photographs, we learnt that these devices have lenses. We learnt that photography has existed a long time. 

For photography, we are using Ipads.  Miss Halliday has given us a variety of subjects to photograph, such as: action shots, a building to something far away. 

Today, we learnt two new words; landscape and portrait. We investigated how images can be improved and predicted whether photographs should be taken in a portrait or landscape format. We then used our new knowledge to take our own photographs choosing whether we should take the photo in portrait or landscape.
